Terms of Service

By accessing or using ReelReady, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

ReelReady is an AI coach that scores short videos and gives feedback to help you improve as a creator before you post. The feedback is educational and is not a guarantee of views, virality, income, or any particular outcome.

You need an account to use most features. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email you provide and for activity that occurs under your account. You must be old enough to use the service under our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, infringing, or abusive content.
• Upload videos you do not own or do not have the rights to use.
• Upload other people's private content without their consent.
• Interfere with, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the service.

You keep ownership of the videos and content you upload. You grant ReelReady a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transcribe, and store your videos solely to provide the coaching service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Scores and feedback are automated estimates produced by AI models. They may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be treated as guidance, not professional or guaranteed advice. Always use your own judgment.

ReelReady offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (Starter and Pro). Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and they renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. Current prices and plan features are shown on our pricing page; we may change them, and any change will be reflected there and will apply from your next billing period. By subscribing, you authorise us, via Stripe, to charge your payment method for the plan and for each automatic renewal until you cancel.

Each plan includes daily and weekly usage limits so the service stays fast and fair for everyone. The limits that apply today are:

• Free: 1 video scored per week.
• Starter: 3 videos scored per day, and 3 each per day of fresh ideas, hook and caption rewrites, and scripts.
• Pro: 15 videos scored per day, and 15 each per day of fresh ideas, hook and caption rewrites, and scripts (5 times the Starter amount).

Daily limits reset every 24 hours and weekly limits reset each week. We may adjust these limits over time, and any change will be reflected here and on our pricing page.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time by emailing reelready057@gmail.com or contacting us through our contact page; cancellation stops future renewals. When you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to the free plan. Except where the law requires otherwise (see “Right of withdrawal” below), we do not refund the unused part of a billing period.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the day you bought it, without giving a reason. To withdraw, simply tell us clearly before the 14 days end, for example by emailing reelready057@gmail.com.

Because a paid plan gives you immediate access to a digital service, by subscribing you expressly ask us to start providing it right away and you acknowledge that:

• you can still withdraw within the 14-day period; but
• if you asked us to begin during that period and then withdraw, you must pay for the portion of the service already provided up to the moment you tell us, and we may deduct that proportionate amount from your refund.

If you withdraw within 14 days and have not used the paid features, we refund you in full. We make refunds to your original payment method, without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelReady will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using ReelReady at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and its data by emailing reelready057@gmail.com or contacting us through our contact page. We will delete it within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the mandatory protections you are entitled to under the law of your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
